  • Can I change my order after its been submitted?

    Contact the sales team as soon as possible to discuss the current status of your order to see if changes are possible. Please have the order number found on the order confirmation email available when calling.
  • Does Zone Offroad ship internationally (outside of USA)?

    While Zone Offroad products can be found at retailers all over the world, currently we do not offer manufacturer direct retail shipping options through zoneoffroad.com. To order you will want to purchase through our of our international retailers.
  • How can I track the status of my order?

    Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking number and link to the carrier.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All products are shipped from the Midwest warehouse, standard transit times will be between 1-5 days depending on destination. See map for estimated transit times.
  • I didn't get decals with my order?

    We include decals in all box kits, but if discarded by the installer we are happy to send out replacements. All we ask is that you submit your vehicle to the customer gallery.
